Generous and rustic holiday house in a panoramic mountain location
The romantic country house with a partial wooden façade enjoys a very quiet, idyllic location, next to a stream and surrounded by a wonderful mountain panorama. There are only few houses in the immediate neighbourhood.
The fully heated holiday accommodation with around 180m² of living space occupies the ground floor and first floor of the historical building. There is an apartment on the second floor that is rented out permanently and has a separate entrance on the rear side of the building. The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining corner and a fireplace, a pantry with a fridge-freezer, a rustic hunting parlour with a tiled fireplace stove and seating, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. There is a little guest toilet as well as a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and shower. The ground floor also has a relaxation room that can be converted optionally into a bedroom. It has a fold-out sofa bed with a proper mattress for two people (140 x 200cm). There is a separate room on the ground floor next to the boiler room for drying ski clothing. There are six bedrooms and two further bathrooms on the first floor. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), two also have a TV. A further bedroom has a French bed (140cm wide), while the children’s room has a single bed (90cm wide) and a child’s bed (70 x 140cm). One bathroom is fitted with a bath, two washbasins, a bidet and a WC, while the other has a bath, shower and double washbasin. The toilet is separate here, without an additional washbasin. The first floor also has a relaxation and reading room. A highchair and other equipment for children can be provided free of charge.
The accommodation with a veranda also has a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol in the summer months. The fully enclosed garden is for your own exclusive use. The house also features a balcony on the garden side. There is a large parking area in front of the property for about five cars.

Everyday shops such as a bakery, butcher and supermarket are in the centre about 1km away, where you can also find a bookshop and two ski rental services. The country house provides an ideal starting point for your nature or skiing holiday. In summer walking and hiking trails invite you to go on a trip in the mountains. In winter the location enables practically direct access to the cross-country skiing trail right nearby. It is about three minutes by car from your accommodation to the centre of Bad Mitterndorf with its rustic restaurants. The local thermal baths are within easy walking distance.
