This spacious 220m² holiday villa is within walking distance of the long beach along the little harbour town of Tivat in the blue Kotor bay, on the sunny Adriatic coast of Montenegro.
The three-storey, fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday villa can accommodate a total of 12 people. The top floor functions as a self-contained holiday apartment (with two bedrooms and a bathroom, for up to six people). It is therefore ideal for a family or a group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining occasional privacy. The two lower floors comprise a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three of the total of five bedrooms, and two of the three bathrooms. The living room on the ground floor provides two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a TV with cable and satellite channels. The modern built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. It also has a dining table with six chairs. There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. Wide stairs lead to the first floor with the three bedrooms and the second bathroom. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm), the third with two single beds (90 x 200cm). Here on the first floor, the bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, otherwise it is fitted the same as the one on the ground floor. The top floor has a light living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as bedrooms four and five and the third bathroom (with a bath and shower attachment). One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. In the living room there is also an additional double bed for two further people. A washing machine is available. Bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.
You can enjoy the extensive view over the bay from the balconies on the upper floors. The glass sliding doors in the lower living room open directly towards your private pool, which is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. The pool can be illuminated at night, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky. A traditional stone grill on the large terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. If you arrive by car, you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
It is about 500 metres to the nearest long beach (Ziggy), lined by cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant with regional specialities and international dishes is just 200 metres away. Adventurous holiday-makers will enjoy hiking and climbing in the mountains along the bay. The airport is about 4km away.
