Farm house, recently converted to a holiday villa (2010) with a private pool and a barbecue on the large sun patio
This bright and tastefully furnished holiday villa sits in a quiet and idyllic location amidst hills, just outside of Goldra, on Portugal's southern Algarve coast.
The traditional farm house from 1934 was renovated in 1010 and is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning (heating/cooling). The 120 m² level access villa offers a bright living/dining area with an open plan kitchen, three bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms with windows and a separate guest toilet with a washing machine. The living room is furnished with a cosy sectional, a wall mounted, flat screen satellite television with a USB connection and a DVD player, a stereo and a CD player and a wooden dining table and eight chairs. There is also a safe for your valuables. The black, elegant kitchen offers new appliances, including a ceran stove with a stainless steel exhaust hood, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker and is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. . The three bedrooms are furnished: one 140 cm x 200 cm double bed, and 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to double beds.
