    “Very nice, large studio, with more comfortable furnishings than other of this type. The location is excellent as it's close to the train station (no need to get the super expensive taxi if you can roll your suitcase) and the Coop supermarket. It's right by the river, a beautiful and airy location (a lot of Zermatt buildings are crowded one next to the other, with a neighboring wall only feet away from your window). There is a large balcony from where we could see the Matterhorn. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub.
    The negatives are:no internet (which is selfish, and ironic since it is through the internet that we do all communication for such rentals so if no one offered internet the owners would not find clients). There is no washing mashine in the building (at Silvaplana the building had a coin operated washing machine in the basement) and Zermatt has no laundromats. Would be nice to have an electric kettle in the kitchen, an smaller frying pan, some other minor cooking items.

    “etwas in das Alter gekommene großräumige Wohnung in ruhiger zentraler Lage mit einzigartigem Blick auf's Matterhorn. Die Wohnung verfügt im Gegensatz zu anderen Objekten dieser Residenz noch nicht über einen Geschirrspüler. Trotz des Alters ist die Wohnung in sehr sauberem Zustand.
    Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war für uns die äußerst unfreundliche portugiesische Hauswirtin!”
