Wonderful Apartment in Njivice with Private Parking

This apartment is close to the beach,50 m far from sea, in a tranquil setting with the view to the oak woods, the sea and the sunset.No other house is in front of the west side terrace.From the east side it is not-often used road which is around 1,5 km far away from the village of Njivice / island Krk in a very quiet area. It has two (2) terraces , one of them is 25 sq. meters and the other 30 .Both are covered with the mobile sunshades and are located toward the east and the west.You can eat outdoors as both have the tables and the chairs.When the weather is very hot and the sun is high you can always choose one of them to be comfortable. There is a garden around the apartment so the children can play there. There is exterior shower in the garden and the mobile grill for roasting fish,meat and vegetables.COVID-19 FREE ZONE (vaccinated host) From the terrace you are looking at the beautiful sunset, oak woods and to the sea which is located 50 m from house

The ground floor is about 60 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: -The bedroom , which includes a king size bed.It has the exit on the terrace -the living room with satellite TV, 2 single beds and one spare bed. It has the exit on the terrace -there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher , coffee machine and a dining area -the bathroom with a shower, toilette and bidet. The towels,linen and kitchen cloths are available once a week

It has two (2) terraces , one of them is 25 sq. meters and the other 30 .Both are covered with the mobile sunshades and are located toward the east and the west.You can eat outdoors as both have the tables and the chairs.When the weather is very hot and the sun is high you can always choose one of them to be comfortable. There is the garden around the apartment so the children can play in it. There is an exterior shower in the garden and the mobile grill for roasting fishes,meat and vegetables. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs. There is your own parking place.

The 3rd bed in the living room is available on request. Arrival time 1 p.m., departure time 9 a.m., the keys are handed over at the property. One of the benefits of this location is that it is situated close to the airport of Krk (approx. 10 km) with international flights. If you would like to fly to Croatia / Krk, the owner can pick you up at the airport.

The beaches are about 50 metres away, you can choose the sand or the rocks.There is the dog beach about 200 m away.. The village centre with its restaurants and supermarket is approximately 1500 meters away. 3 big supermarkets are 2 km away. In the village there are lot of agencies where the excursions can be arranged. In close vicinity of the apartment begins the "Paradise road" which leads to Malinska. It is also called "Path of Eden" because of its peaceful feeling and unspoiled nature. It's ideal for bicycle rides and long walks. All facilities are only a few minutes by car, but if you love walking, you are going to enjoy everything that this location has to offer.

    “Der Preis für die Leistung zu hoch. Positiv: 50m zum Meer Negativ: Endreinigung 40,-Euro bezahlt.
    Kein Ausblick auf das Meer. Ausflüge: Stadt Pula - Sehr schöne Altstadt. Nur in den Abendstunden zu empfehlen tagsüber zu warm.”

    “Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Lage war einfach perfekt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Meer mit kristallklaren Wasser ein paar Schritte, Hundestrand in 5 Minuten. Njivice Strandpromenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants in 12Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin wohnt unten im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.”

    “Super TOLL... Wesentlich besser als beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen ist!!! Das Haus ist gemütlich , sauber und gut eingerichtet! Das Wohnzimmer wurde grad erneuert und renoviert. SUPER! Mit zwei Sonnenterrassen incl. Jalousien perfekt!!
    Sehr guter eigener Parkplatz mit Sonnenschutz. Die Vermieterin ist eine gute liebe Seele...!! Das kennen wir so auch nicht anders in Kroatien seit mehr als 40 Jahren... WIR kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! Das waren unsere schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaubstage seit langem...”
