Hard work, passion, attention to detail, and countless weeks of his own time were invested by the owner into this holiday home, inside and out. The results prove him right to do so. Refresh yourself in the water of a pool embedded in nature, almost a pond. Water flows around you here in elegant ways with soothing sounds. Up to a dozen people can become temporary owners of the vines of this estate, which run artfully along the long stone wall until they cover the lower terrace. Just as much care lies in the house’s interiors, primarily furnished with wood. The owner has paid so much attention to the details of the furnishings and may well be suspected to double as a curator. Charming small Swiss trinkets adorn many places of the entire apartment. The view is something even more special. Step onto the balcony on the upper floor and feel like the lord or lady of these vast mountain ranges and wide lakes. The chalet may feel remote, but civilisation is not far. You can make it to Lucerne in less than half an hour by car, if you need a break from your hermitage. If you like, you can even land almost in front of the house, using the private airport at Sarnen, a mere 15 minutes away, as soon as you receive your clearing from the tower.
