Beautiful Holiday House in Zell Am See with Private Parking and Direct View
The holiday house with modern furnishing lies two kilometres to the south of the centre of Zell am See in a quiet and sunny, but nevertheless very central location in Schüttdorf. The centre of Zell am See is easy to get to on foot, by local rail or bus. A free ski bus brings you to the ski resort Zell am See/Kaprun, with a bus stop just 100 metres from the house. Make your holiday a relaxing experience in this comfortable holiday house, spread over two floors and providing around 80m² of living space. There are three bedrooms with a direct view of the mountains or the garden and six people can be accommodated. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200cm), the third with a kingsize bed (160 x 200cm). The house has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, toaster fridge and many other extras. The living room has a dining table and sofa. Satellite TV and wireless Internet access are available free of charge.
The garden area is for your own exclusive use. In summer you can enjoy cosy evenings on the terrace. There are two car parking spaces in front of the house. You can use the gas grill on the terrace. The house also has a balcony.

All guests use public transport for free. With the Zell am See Mobility Card, all forms of public transport in the Pinzgau region are free of charge, starting from the first night. Train, Postbus and Pinzgauer local railway are included (except steam and special trains)

50 metres from the house you can get daily fresh rolls, bakery items and everything you need for breakfast. It is ten minutes on foot to Schüttdorf with supermarkets, banks, cafes and great restaurants. A visit to the indoor pool in Zell am See provides family entertainment away from the pistes, while the treatments at Tauern Spa Kaprun will round off your holiday. Plenty of recreational activities are available: ice skating, curling, cross-country skiing, winter hikes into the nature reserve, romantic horse-drawn sled rides or enjoying the winter landscape on horseback – there is something for everyone.
