Holiday house with a large garden and a private indoor pool, just 8km fro the centre of Aix-en-Provence

The holiday house enjoys a quiet, rural location in the north of Aix-en-Provence, on the Puyricard plateau, just 8km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence and 2km from the nearest village. The owner also lives on site.



The detached house of around 70m² with a pretty wooden façade can accommodate five people. In addition, it has a ca. 40m² room with a private indoor pool. The house has a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160cm wide, the other with two single beds 90cm wide), a bathroom with a bath, and a separate WC. A fifth person can sleep on a supplementary bed. The tastefully furnished living room provides a sofa, a flatscreen TV and a stereo system and has an adjoining open kitchen, fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Heating and wireless Internet access are available throughout.



The highlight of the house: the living room provides access to a room with a private heated indoor pool (5.95 x 3.5m, depth 1.5m and counterflow system). The water is between 29 and 30°C and is cleaned with active oxygen. There is also a jacuzzi for four persons (payable on site) for optional use, where you can relax after an eventful day. The house also features a private terrace with garden furniture, a gas grill and a view of the large, enclosed garden with pine trees. Three private car parking spaces are available in front of the house.



Apart from the heated indoor pool, the house also has a trampoline in the garden for children, bicycles for adults and children, as well as scooters and toddler equipment (highchair, cot).



The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sunny south of France. Owing to the pool and the garden, it is ideal for relaxing, but is also ideally situated for exploring the beautiful little town Aix-en-Provence or Marseille and Cassis (ca. 30km). The nearest grocery shop is about 2km away in the nearest village (Puyricard). The nearest beach is about 40km away.

    “Il est facile de trouver la location avec un GPS, ou le smartphone car nous sommes indiqués sur google map. C'est vrai que sans GPS c'est un peu compliqué de trouver surtout venant de l'étranger. En général j'envoie un mail pour donner des indications et un plan.”
