Independent apartment in a modern semi-detached house in the popular seaside resort of Porto Palo, ancient and picturesque fishing village, set on a hill with beautiful view over the sea. The villa faces a large fenced and equipped garden at the guests’ exclusive use. Outdoor area with well kept lawn, olive trees, citrus trees, an equipped area with barbecue and a nice private and illuminated pool (depth: 1,00-1,60 m). The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and ice maker. Covered parking. In Porto Palo there are very beautiful free and equipped sandy beaches. Close to the natural reserve of the Belice river mouth where there are small and uncontaminated rocky and sandy beaches. The seaside is at about 500 m (as the crow flies) and at 1,3 km by car. In Porto Palo there are every kind of shops, restaurants, pubs; bars, cafés and ice-cream shops at the beach and at the tourist harbor. 6 km from Menfi (all kind of shops); 20 km from the ancient temples of Selinunte; about 40 min. drive from Agrigento, about 90 km from the airports of Palermo and Trapani. On request it is possible to taste and buy typical local products.
