The property houses a farm house for ten people and two newly built studios, accommodating four people each.

The farm is located about 50 meters from the studio apartments.
The patio offers access to the house. The bathroom boasts a washbasin, a shower and a toilet and is on the right hand side of the hallway. Straight ahead is the kitchen, equipped with a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The adjacent living room is furnished with a television, a DVD player and a fireplace. The two adjacent bedrooms are each furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed; an additional child's cot can be supplied upon request. The other three bedrooms are located in the basement and are accessible from outside. The first bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), which can accommodate two children. The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The two bedrooms are connected and share a bathroom with a shower, two toilets and two sinks. The third bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, a sink and toilet.
