This charming country house is located, surrounded by olive groves, on the outskirts of the municipality of Riudoms, which is located west of Reus and Tarragona in inland Catalonia. The two-story house with its garden and private pool is absolutely private in the heart of the 2000 m² property. It was renovated and remodeled in 2014, and is appropriately equipped for all seasons. To enjoy a relaxing vacation with the whole family, or with many friends, you need a lot of space. This is provided by the two large kitchens with two dining rooms, the cozy living room with wooden beamed ceiling and fireplace, the billiard room, the six, individually furnished bedrooms, as well as the three original bathrooms.
In summer you can sit between the pool and the house in the shade of the trees and enjoy unforgettable Mediterranean vacations while tasting the specialties and wines of the region. Even in winter you can get plenty of sun here because of the mild climate. Due to its ideal location, it is possible to make entertaining day trips to the mountains as well as to the Mediterranean Sea, which is only 9 km away. From Riudoms you have easy access to the many leisure activities of the Costa Dorada in only 20 minutes by car.
The Costa Dorada (?Golden Coast?) is the coastal region at the Spanish Mediterranean Sea, which is located south of Barcelona and Tarragona. Due to the optimal infrastructure, which includes the two airports in Barcelona and Reus, the region is very well connected. This coastline has similar characteristics to the Mallorcan one: fine sandy beaches, hidden coves surrounded by nature, where you can swim in the crystal clear sea water and where all kinds of water sports such as snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, diving, windsurfing and parasailing are possible; even the anglers get their money's worth here - and all this in the most beautiful location. Many of the towns in the region are fishing villages with many first-class recreational and culinary offerings. In addition, the Costa Dorada is known as a first-class wine-growing region.
