    “Die Wohnung für 6 Personen liegt im dritten Stock mit einer großen Terrasse, sie ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Vom Vermieter bekommt man u.a. ein Reinigungspaket mit Spülmittel, Putzmittel und Reiniger für die Geschirrspülmaschine. Leider sind auf der Terrasse nur ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle vorhanden, kein Sonnenschutz, dies ist für die große Wohnung etwas dürftig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Strand. Leider gibt es in der Nähe keinen Bäcker, sondern nur ein "Depot" für Brot im Tabakladen. An der Rezeption spricht man nur Französisch, daher sind Französischkenntnisse erforderlich. Die Rezeption ist nur im angrenzenden Hotel besetzt. Wir waren 10 Tage dort, ein Wäschewechsel einmal pro Woche, fand trotz Ankündigung in der Buchung nicht statt. Das Stadtzentrum von Concarneau kann man zu Fuß in ca. 25 min erreichen.”

    “Die Lage zum Meer ist wirklich hervorragend. Der Weg in die Stadt beträgt ca. 20 min (gerade noch okay) über die Rue Malakoff. Aber auch ein kleiner Kiosk mit Depot du Pain um die Ecke. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit, sowie die Größe des Pools sehr gut. Das Haus insgesamt ruhig und Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Umgebung ist sicher. Personal an der Rezeption sehr bemüht.”
