Independent holiday house in the countryside, at only 2,2 km from the sea and from the sandy beaches of the old fishing village Donnalucata, reachable in a few minutes drive. The house is surrounded by a large, private, fenced property (2.500 m2) with meadow, garden and fruit trees and is set in an area with many olive groves. Large, equipped terrace for outdoor dining, overlooking the garden and with beautiful, wide views over the landscape down to the sea. Equipped pool (depth: 1,20/2 m) with external shower. The lower floor of the villa (basement floor) has an internal height of max. 2,2 m with high set windows at 1,6 m form the floor. In the basement there is simpler furnishings compared to those on the other floors and access to it only from the garden, not having internal connections to the other floors: living room with kitchen corner (freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Ground floor: Large covered terrace (50m2) equipped for outdoor dining, double living room with 2 single sofa beds (120 cm each) and access to the terrace, dining room and separated by an arch: large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, 4 cooking rings, microwave), 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. The position of the house is ideal for trips to the most important touristic sites and the famous baroque towns in the area around Ragusa, UNESCO World Heritage Site, such as Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto. Distances: 1,9 km the beaches of Donnalucata (all kind of shops), 4,4 km Plaia Grande, 7 km Scicli (jewel of the Sicilian Baroque), 17 km Modica, 22 km Donnafugata (golf court), 28 km Ragusa Ibla, 38 km Comiso (airport), 53 km Noto, 55 km the Vendicari Natural Park, 85 km Siracusa, 135 km Catania (airport).
