Tiene entrada independiente para este apartamento que está en la primera planta de chalet individual. Primera planta de chalet con piscina privada, barbacoa y jardín de 500 m privado, muy tranquilo. La vivienda consta de 2 habitaciones con cama doble de 150x200, cuarto de baño, aseo, salón comedor con cocina, con sofá 3x2 y tele de plasma de 50´con canales internacionales. En el interior no está permitido fumar, sí lo está en la terraza y jardín.

Terraza de más de 100 metros con vistas espectaculares al Valle de la Orotava, Teide, Puerto de la Cruz y al mar. Totalmente exclusivo el uso del jardín, terraza, porche, piscina, mesa de ping pong y barbacoa. En esta zona está permitido fumar. Esta propiedad tiene árboles en el jardín y el césped es natural. Mesa de ping pong, dos bicicletas de adultos, leña para la barbacoa. El coche se puede dejar a la entrada de la propiedad.
