It is located on the edge of the village and surrounded by nature. It has 165 m2 over two floors and it is located on its own piece of land of 2000 mq. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed for two persons and an exit to terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, each room with its own bathroom and a common terrace with a view at the pool and green hills. Features free, wireless Internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, towels and bed linen. The house has a large pool of 32 sqm with deck chairs and umbrellas, outdoor fireplace with grill and private parking (for 3 cars). Kringa is a small village just 3 km from the town of Tinjan-The Town of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna.

    “Prachtig huis, ruim, prima zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien.
    Prima bedden, iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Goede wifi en een complete keuken met oven, vaatwasser en magnetron.
    Het grote overdekte terras is heerlijk.
    Ligging in Kringa is rustig. Je moet wel een eindje rijden om in de bewoonde wereld te komen.
    Eigenaresse Nevia is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als er iets is, wordt er direct gereageerd. Haar zoon Tony maakt dagelijks het zwembad schoon. Ze doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.”
