This exclusive, fully enclosed designer villa is nestled into the lushly forested Donja Krusika bay, a little outside of Stomorska along the north-east coast of the sunny Croatian island Solta. You are literally right by the sea here, just a few steps from the beach.

Detached, recently (2013) newly built designer holiday villa on the first row by the beach with a panoramic sea view from the private infinity pool and the extensive roof terrace, with an organic vegetable garden, an outdoor kitchen and a traditional stone grill.

The generous holiday villa provides 400m² of living space in total, spread over three floors. It was newly built recently in 2013, so it has all the necessary modern amenities: air conditioning in all rooms, under-floor heating and wireless Internet access indoors and outdoors. It boasts an open living and dining room flooded with daylight and a luxury built-in kitchen, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a guest toilet. The living room on the ground floor has a cream-coloured suite with a designer chill chair, a wide flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player, a safe for your valuables and an open fireplace stretching along the whole wall. The large oak dining table is handmade and can seat eight people. The white and glossy built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a convenient guest toilet on the ground floor. A stylish and wide spiral staircase with black metal railings and a glass balustrade higher up leads to the upper floors, with six bedrooms, five of which are furnished with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, and the other with a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Two cots/junior beds are also available. All five bathrooms are fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle, washbasins with wall mirrors, a hairdryer and a toilet. One also has a bath in addition. A washing machine with a dryer function is available in the villa.



Up on the roof terrace you can always find a shady spot under the awning during the hot midday hours. You can make yourselves comfortable on the sofa or at the table with chairs and enjoy a 360° panoramic view over the bay and the sea from here. Down in the living room the glass sliding doors open onto the sun deck, also with a sea view. Behind it you can float in your private infinity pool right above the blue Adriatic. The pool can be heated at a supplementary charge. You can help yourselves in the charmingly planted organic vegetable garden and use the fresh harvest in the outdoor kitchen with a traditional stone grill. The villa is accessed along a gravel track, so it is recommended to arrive by car. There are three secure parking spaces on the enclosed site.



A professional cook can treat you during your stay on request, for a fee. Other payable options are a small motorboat 4,4m and private mooring for boats up to 10 m right in front of the villa. Use of three bicycles is included in the rental price.



It is about 10 metres to the sea along steps from the pool. In the centre of Stomorska about 1.9km away you can find all everyday essentials for your holiday: shops, ATMs, traditional Croatian tavernas, bars and chic restaurants with fish specialities typical of the island of Solta, as well as international cuisine.

    “Huset ligger helt perfekt med adgang til det krystalklare hav. Super fine snorklingsmuligheder og badning.
    Huset er i fin stand med alle fornødenheder i køkkenet og fælles arealer. Master bedroom er helt perfekt med super faciliteter og balkon med smuk udsigt. AC virkede helt perfekt i alle rum

    Udekøkken og pool området var ligeledes genialt for 2 familier med børn.

    “Wir waren mit 7 Personen und einem Hund in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die gehobene Austattung und die traumhafte Aussicht haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert.
    Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr schön, alles top sauber.
    Auf der Poolebene ist eine komplett ausgestattete Sommerküche mit herrlicher Sicht auf das Meer.
    Den schönen Pool haben wir jeden morgen, vom Hausmeister gereinigt, vorgefunden.
    Der Zugang zum Meer ist durch die vorhande Leiter kein Problem. Es gibt in ca. 4-5 Min. Fußweg auch einen kleinen Kiesstrand, der jedoch in der Vorsaison noch nicht gereinigt ist.
    Einziger Nachteil ist die Anfahrt zum Haus. Diese ist zum Teil sehr steil auf unbefestigtem Schotterweg. Wer Allrad hat ist definitiv im Vorteil. Zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen benötigt man auf jeden Fall das Auto da es in Fußnähe keine Möglichkeiten gibt.
    Die Vermieterin des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
