Mönkebude is a state-recognised recreational area and its light and child-friendly sandy beach and idyllic sailing and fishing harbour draws water sports and seaside holiday enthusiasts. Meadows, the water and the Haff present an idyll that will delight you. You can go for a stroll through the renovated old town of Ueckermünde just 6km away.

This spacious apartment of 63m² in a beautifully converted country house provides a large living and dining room, an integrated kitchen unit, two separate bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, the possibility of a supplementary bed in the living room, a shower and WC, a colour TV and a desk.

    “Die Ferienwohnung" Sandburg" war sehr geräumig: großer Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche und 2 Schlafzimmern. Das Bad war sehr modern mit großem Duschbereich. Leider hatte der Wohn-Essraum nur auf einer Seite ein Fenster und eine Glastür, so dass der Bereich, in dem die Sitzgruppe stand und man sich oft aufhielt, sehr dunkel und etwas deprimierend war. Die Küchenausstattung enthielt alles Notwendige an Geschirr und Geräten (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher).
    Die Betten waren bequem. Man konnte die Fenster sogar mit einer Jalousie verdunkeln.
    Die Wohnung war sauber. Wir verbrachten als Famile mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern 3 Tage über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung. Da ein Heizungkörper im Wohn-Essbereich völlig ausfiel, wurde es nie gemütlich warm.”
