Holiday flat on a golf course with two community pools, a garden and stunning views from the large loggia

This holiday flat is located in a housing complex outside of the town of Elviria, on the golf course, about two kilometres from the ocean.

The 106 m² apartment, renovated in 2015, can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The charming holiday flat boasts a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, a dining room, a kitchen with an oven, gas stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, washing machine, a toaster, a kettle and dishwasher and two bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bathtub - and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds). The living room is furnished with a flat screen television, a DVD player and air conditioning. There is a fan for your convenience. All rooms can be heated. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Enjoy the views of the neighbouring 18 hole golf course and all the way to the ocean from the 50 m² loggia, furnished with a dining table and conservatory furniture. The complex has a tropical garden and two community pools. There are sun loungers and a kiddie pool. This apartment also has a car parking space in the garage.

Elviria is about twelve kilometres from Marbella, 20 kilometres from Puerto Banus and 30 minutes from the airport in Malaga. You will enjoy an unforgettable holiday here with beautiful sandy beaches, the fabulous Nikki Beach beach club, hiking trails in the mountains, golf courses (9 and 18 holes), restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets (the closest is about one kilometre from the flat), a mall, luxury boutiques, harbours (Cabo Pino, Puerto Banus), a bakery and so much more. The climate around Marbella is warm and sunny during the summer and relatively mild during the winter months. The coast boasts gorgeous beaches with clear waters. In Milla de Oro or Puerto Banus, you can swim and partake in aquatic sports. Visit the yacht harbour in Marbella. There are also many historical sites to discover. Enjoy a stroll through the alleyways or visit one of the many museums (Miro and Picasso). The style is baroque and Andalusian Mudejar. There are luxury hotels, expensive cars and the yachts - a luxurious paradise. Marbella is ideal for people watching. At night, we party, party, party! Don't miss out on the gorgeous food. You can enjoy Tapas, Spanish dished or an array of international cuisine. Try it! Marbella is also a shopper's paradise. Fashion stores, shoes and accessories in every colour and price range. The people here are as warm as the climate. We highly recommend day trips out to Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba and Malaga. This property is ideal for a holiday with the family, friends, golfers or sun bathers.
