On the first floor is a recreation room, which is connected to the upper floor by an interior staircase. In front of the house is a swimming pool and play area for children, as well as a terrace with barbecue for socializing, with additional soccer goals and badminton net at your disposal. Beautiful pebble beaches in Makarska, Brela and Baska Vode can be reached in only about half an hour by car.
