The 70 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can easily be reached by an elevator. You are welcomed in a cosy living room and office with a large panorama window. A comfortable sofa and dining area with two easy chairs allow you to enjoy the endless view in a totally relaxed way. A digital flat screen television and a wireless internet connection round off the comfort. The adjacent balcony with a seating area invites you to wonderful sunsets.
The hall gives you access to the cosy bedroom with a double bed and comfortable mattresses. The second bedroom directly next to it has a large wardrobe and a spacious dresser, which offer more than sufficient space for your clothes.
The apartment complex has a fenced common parking area. Due to the apartment‘s very central location the beach, the shopping mile and the Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard with a large variation of restaurants are only a stone’s throw away.
