The holiday apartments are on an agriturismo with a total of six apartments. The secluded property is surrounded by greenery and offers plenty of peace and quiet. The agricultural enterprise produces olive oil and supplies a wine cooperative with grapes.
The apartments are on the ground floor or on the first floor and are all identically equipped. Two of the apartments have two bedrooms, the others each have one. All the rooms have heating. There is free wireless Internet access. Breakfast can be booked in addition on request, served at the neighbouring house.
The garden has a 6 x 12-metre swimming pool, shared by all guests. Each apartment has its own garden furniture and a private parking space. The site is completely fenced. Four bicycles can be borrowed free of charge. The owner lives about 500 metres from the apartments. Please note that the access road is not asphalted for about 500 metres.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, banks and a bake rare about 4km away. The apartments are near well-known towns such as Tpdi, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Montefalco, as well as the lake Lago Trasimeno.

The holiday apartment of around 40m² is on the first floor and is suitable for two adults and two children. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (160x 180cm), as well as cable TV and a table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.
There are two loungers and a parasol by the pool, so you can make yourselves comfortable there. This is also a garden with a gazebo furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
