Holiday house with stunning ocean views. centrally located in Luz

This holiday home is centrally located in Luz (Lagos) and accommodates two to four people. Due to the hillside location, you can enjoy stunning views of the cliffs and the ocean from the balcony and the living/dining room.

Past a palm tree in the front yard, a staircase leads to the top floor of the apartment. Here you will find a hallway, the kitchen, a large living/dining room and the balcony. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove and oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker, a kettle and a juicer. The cupboard is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the kitchen as well. A service hatch connects the kitchen to the dining room. The dining room is furnished with a wooden, glass topped table and four chairs. The living room us furnished with a sofa, two small tables and two comfortable armchairs. The digital satellite television receives English and German channels. The balcony can be accessed from the living/dining room. An interior staircase leads from the living/dining room to the ground floor. Here are the two bedrooms; one is furnished with a french double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m) and the second one is furnished with two single beds (1 m x 2 m), which can be put together as needed. At the end of 2018 new beds were bought and equipped with premium mattresses. A travel cot is available upon request. The first bedroom grants access to a small courtyard. The second bedroom grants access to the patio. The bathroom boasts a shower tub, a bidet and a sink with a large mirror and a toilet. The living/dining room, both bedrooms and the bathroom have radiators. An oscillating fan is also available during the summer months.

From the balcony, you have a wonderful view over the sea. The balcony is furnished with a table with a sun shade, several chairs and a sun lounger. Clothes lines are installed on the patio and in the courtyard. Additionally, there is a clothes stand and a second sun lounger. The inner courtyard grants access to a small exterior bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Public parking is available in front of the house.

Due to its central location, you can access the beach and the ocean, supermarkets and an organic supermarket within a 500 meter perimeter. The Baprista Supermarket is only 100 meters from the property and offers a large selection of Portuguese and International groceries. Public transport, several restaurants, cafes and bars are easily accessible on foot.

    “Appartement au top avec une belle vue et chambres au frais au RDC
    Par contre impossible de faire fonctionner télé et appareil stéréo.
    Bruit de perseuse cause travaux chez le voisin. Heureusement que 2 des 3 jours étaient fériés sinon insupportable.
    J'ai suggéré au propriétaire qu'il fasse une réduction des frais supplémentaires à régler , sans réponse pour l'instant..”

    “Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza. La casa è molto accogliente e non manca nulla. Luz è un piccolo paese con una splendida spiaggia a 5mimuti a piedi. Abbiamo fatto bellissime passeggiate sui vari sentieri adiacenti. È bello vedere tanti giovani fare surf. C'è un piccolo market sotto casa. Lagos, la città più grande dista 6km, dove puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve. In generale a chi piace la natura è la tranquillità, almeno in questa stagione, la consiglio. Noi ci torneremo. Positiv: Luz è un paesino veramente splendido. Negativ: Forse negli armadi c'è raccolta troppa roba. Consiglierei anche di rivedere l'attrezzatura in cucina...troppe cose. Restaurant: Latitude - Ottime tapis. Personale gentilissimo. Ausflüge: Il cammino delle sette valli sospese. - Una splendida passeggiata di circa 6km, non per tutti, ma puoi decidere anche di farne solo un po e tornare indietro.”
