The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. A children's playground, a swing, a sandbox and a table tennis table are available for shared use.
