Villa Soricevi Dvori is a renovated stone house (semi-detached house) located in the village Barat in the Kanfanar area.
The house consists of two houses, each with separate entrance and is located on own enclosed property of 1200 sqm on which the following facilities are at guests` disposal: outdoor swimming pool of 40 sqm, covered terrace for outdoor dining, fireplace for barbecue, children playground and several parking spaces. On the ground floor of the house on the neighbouring plot, that owns the same house owner, the guests of Soricevi Dvori have on their disposal wellness with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, exercise equipment and relax zone. The discreet house owner occasionally uses the flat on the first floor above the wellness, but the wellness stays only at the guests` disposal.
In the village Barat near Soricevi Dvori there is a multipurpose playground that offers free use of: tennis, handball, basketball and mini soccer court. In the village there is also free bocce court.
