Three holiday apartments with a sea view, just 30 metres from the beach

The holiday apartments are in a little fishing village in the centre of Dalmatia, in a lovely bay with beautiful sandy beaches. There are some restaurants nearby and it is just 30 metres to the sandy beach with deckchairs and parasols.

The apartments provide a sea view, private parking spaces (garage on request) an also boat moorings on request (boats and bicycles can be hired 300 metres away).

You can use the grill area with the big, brick-built grill in the 30m² garden, where there are also a sink, a washing machine and an outdoor shower. The owners live next door. New built in 2019 the outdoor area offers a 4 x 7 m heated pool. The water is always pleasantly warm and ideal for bathing. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area, equipped with sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun.

Vinisce is centrally located between the old Diocletian town of Split, the old town of Sibenik 50km away, the airport 25km away and the town of Trogir. Krka National Park is also nearby. There is a lot to explore therefore in the area. Or you can go on trips to the neighbouring islands and fish farm and explore the underwater world on a dive.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wireless Internet access, an LCD TV and satellite receiver. It also has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The big bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. The small bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a dresser. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas stove, fridge and cooker hood.

    “Hausleute sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage zentral im Ort. Zum Strand nur ein paar Meter, Poll vorort mit temperierten Wasser zu der Zeit goldwert. Ausstattung zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Aufteilung der Räume für 2-3 Personen gut ausreichend.”

    “Sehr schöne, saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. (Dusche war allerdings etwas undicht)Tolle Lage. Wir konnten jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer frühstücken. Vermieterin war sehr nett und sprach perfekt deutsch. Hunde sind willkommen und sogar kostenfrei.
    Es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Sehr zu empfehlen.”
