This holiday house, formerly a barn, is nestled adjacent to a typical authentic Ardennen farmhouse on the outskirts of the quiet village Noiseux. The adjacent buildings are not used. The farmhouse is on the other side of the courtyard. There is a private garden outside the farmstead and you can oversee the Ourthe flow by, from the terrace. From a recreational beach on the riverside, you can watch how the canoes paddle. The smallest city in the world, Durbuy is just 8 km away. La Roche with the castle ruins and the famous caves of Hotton can be reached within 20 minutes. The area is very popular among road cyclists and mountain bikers. You can also try various other kinds of outdoor sports in Durbuy and the surrounding region, with a wide range of offers. The accommodation is not only beautiful and comfortable but also very practical. The ground floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower to suit the people who are not able to walk. The house is even suitable for wheel-chair users who are not completely dependent on aid. For ecological reasons, there are pellet stoves which have a very low power consumption and excellent heat performance. On the first floor there are 7 bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. Excellent Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Enjoy playing football or just relax on a large lawn area next to the terrace with picnic tables. This house is primarily intended for family groups. However, other groups can be accepted with the consent of the owner and with a possible additional deposit. Groups of people under 30 years are not permitted.
