Location: This lovely detached villa is located in a town of Camaiore, in addition to romantic sites is Greppolungo. The villa is quiet and it is not far from the beaches of Versilia. A beautiful terrace with a beautiful panoramic view to the sea and a beautiful fenced garden, our guests. A Central heating is available. The beautiful furnishings, the terracotta floor, wooden beamed ceiling. and the open fireplace give the Villa a typical Tuscan character, and is for the guests a visual feast for the eyes. Parking, barbecue and a washing machine. Facilities: The living area is approximately 125 square meters and is distributed as follows: The ground floor has a beautiful typical Tuscan open kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and TV, guest toilet. The upper floor is reached by a staircase in the living room. There is a reading room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed (canopy) and a large terrace, bathroom with tub. Another large room (approx. 40 m²) with a double Sofa Bed, private shower / bath and separate entrance is also located upstairs.

    “Das Haus hat eine schöne rustikale Ausstattung. Insgesamt ist das Haus für 6 Personen geeignet aber das Geschirr ist knapp bemessen.
    Das 2. Doppelbett ist eine Couch ,die für 2 erwachsene Personen keinen guten Schlafkomfort bietet.
    Das schöne Grundstück ist leider nicht, wie in der Projektbeschreibung angegeben, eingezäunt und deshalb für Hundebesitzer nicht so attraktiv, wie erwartet.

    “Die Ausstattung ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage des Hauses ist in ca. 400 Metern Höhe, mit einem einzigartigem Ausblick auf Camaiore bei Tag, sowie auch in der Nacht. Die Straße, die zum Haus führt ist sehr schmal und ohne Hupen fährt dort niemand hoch, da nur ein Fahrzeug diese befahren kann (nix für schwache Nerven oder Menschen mit Höhenangst). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Garten ist auf zwei Ebenen der Rest des Gartens ist naturbelassen. Im zweiten Zimmer mit ausklappbarem Sofa, ist eine große Regendusche, die man auf den Bildern nicht sieht - aber wir haben uns darüber sehr gefreut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, der Besitzer Roberto ist sehr nett (kann leider nur ein wenig englisch) und kam nach der ersten Woche mal unangemeldet vorbei, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles "bene" ist.”
