Location: beautiful new built villa in Lido di Camaiore. The sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The well-kept beautiful garden is fenced. The special about the house is the swimming pool (3 x 2.50 x 0.70) with a small waterfall and idromassage. The garden and small pool are for single use. The car park is located within the enclosed land.
An outdoor shower is also available. Alarm system and air conditioning.
Equipment: the living space about 90 m² is all on the ground floor. The rooms are very bright and very nicely decorated. The open kitchen is well equipped, the living room has a sofa bed and a TV. A nice bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed or on a wish can man be made one with 2 single beds.
