Guest rooms and a holiday apartment in a B&B with a furnished, shared garden, right near the sea


The Bed & Breakfast belongs to a villa with a garden, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by the greenery of nature and by the lovely Ionian Sea. It is near various swimming beaches, but away from the chaotic streets in town. The residence is right by the coast, with the sea just a few steps away.

The B&B consists of a holiday apartment and two guest rooms with a double bed. Guests staying in the rooms share use of a kitchen, for preparing and enjoying meals, and where breakfast is served on request. The apartment is completely independent. Wireless Internet access is available. Also air conditions is installed in the bedrooms of all accommodations.

The garden is for the shared use of all guests and has a gazebo, parasols, tables and chairs. There is a parking area on site with three roofed and one unroofed parking space. Some bicycles are available for use for a fee. The owners live on site and are happy to help personally with any queries. Daily cleaning of the rooms is included.

The old town centre of Crotone is 3km away and provides shopping facilities, various services and archaeological excavation sites and other places of interest. The sea is just 100 metres away, within a short walking distance. There are restaurants and pizzerias just a few steps from the B&B, offering local cuisine. There is a bus stop 100 metres away with bus connections into the centre of Crotone. The nearest grocery shop is 2km away.

The holiday apartment of around 80m² is ideal for six people, but can accommodate up to twelve people. The two bedrooms have double beds (160 x 190cm) and two single beds can be added to each. They also have a wardrobe and air conditioning (cool/warm). Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle. The living room is furnished with several sofas, including a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm), and a TV. Two single beds can also be added to the living room. The kitchen has a dining table and has a washing machine, microwave, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, and coffee machine. The living room and the kitchen have heating, but no air conditioning.
