Three holiday apartments with modern furnishing in a residential house with a panoramic sea view from the private balconies and a grill area in the enclosed, shared garden

The three holiday apartments are near the sea in a quiet residential area in the peaceful little village of Arbanija on the north side of the Croatian sunny island of Ciovo, providing ideal holiday accommodation for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise.

The three-storey residential house was newly built just recently in 2013 and is equipped accordingly with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The house has a total of six apartments, three of which are let out as holiday apartments, while the other four are used by the owner. As the holiday apartments have their own separate entrance, privacy is ensured during your stay.

The 700m2 garden planted charmingly with grape vines and fruit trees is shared with guests at the other apartment. It has a grill area with garden furniture, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together outside. If you arrive by car, you can find a secure parking space right in front of the house.

The landlord right in the house is of course always concerned about your privacy, but at the same time he is of course always happy to help you with any questions.

The apartment is only about 200 metres from the sea. The nearest beach with crystal clear water is about 250 metres away. It is only about 300 metres to the centre of Arbanija with its various shops, markets and gastronomy. The harbour town of Trogir about 4km away, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, makes an interesting day trip.

Light holiday apartment on the second floor, with a view over the bay from the big, private, sunny balcony

The 60m² holiday apartment on the second floor consists of an airy living and dining room, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a wide digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a radio and a glass dining table with six chairs. You go through to the white built-in kitchen, with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm and a single bed measuring 120 x 200cm, while the other has another double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. Both bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The lightly tiled bathroom provides a shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine and a dryer are available for use. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto your private, sunny balcony with a table, chairs and a parasol for shade. You can enjoy your holiday breakfast here at sunrise or dinner together at sunset, with an extensive panoramic view over the sea bay.

The owner who lives in the house ensures your privacy, but is also available to assist with any queries.

    “Positiv: Blick über die Bucht, das Meer und die Berge. Gute Gaststätten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit Negativ: Flug- und Hubschrauberlärm. Licht im Kühlschrank kaputt. Sonnenschirm + Liegematten oder Stühle für den Strand fehlten.”

    “Positiv: Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und waren sehr überrascht das die Ferienwohnung so war wie im Internet angeboten. Eine atemberaubende schöne Aussicht auf die Adria. Die Vermieter sind um das Wohl bedacht und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns Mega wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

    “Eines der schönsten Appartements, die wir bisher in Kroatien hatten. Wunderschöne Ausstattung, super sauber!! Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Handtücher mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr, sehr schönes Haus! Einziger negativer Punkt: Das Haus steht relativ hoch, man muss eine steile kleine Straße hochlaufen. Ist aber gut für die Kondition. Trotzdem nah am Strand. Ganz, ganz tolle Gastgeber!! Sehr zuvorkommend, für jeden Rat kann man sie ansprechen. Sehr offene, liebe Gastgeber!!”

    “Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer. Es ist alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden und es funktioniert auch alles einwandfrei. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon und Klimaanlage. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber. Für Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse ist auch gesorgt. Zum Meer sind es etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg (steiles Sträßchen). Definitiv ist es eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung !!!”
