This comfortable villa is quietly located in a unique setting in a small resort with seven other properties in the small town L' Eliana near the coast of Valencia.
The one storey villa accommodates up to eight people. It boasts four bedrooms: two are furnished with one double bed (180 cm), the other two are furnished with two single beds.
The kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker and has a bar with bar stools. The air conditioned living room boasts a fireplace, a flat screen satellite television, a stereo and a dining table with chairs. The two bathrooms offer a sink, a shower or a bathtub and a toilet. Wireless internet access is available.
The two patios are furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
The resort offers a unique setting with personalized service where the kids can ride their biked and play safely in the garden of the fenced in property while you relax on your private patio. There are two community pools, a sauna, a trampoline, table tennis and bicycles at your disposal. Parking spaces- some in a garage - are available free of charge.
You can walk to a supermarket, a bakery and a restaurant. The modern and dynamic city of Valencia with its beautiful old town is worth a visit. There is also an abundance of activities on offer - or simply enjoy the beautiful beaches.
