Generous holiday house with a modern interior and its own garden, a sunny terrace and a private outdoor whirlpool

The 122m² modern holiday house is in Bujici, a green suburb of Porec, just 3km away. It is a few minutes’ drive to the beautiful beaches in the region or the centre of Porec.

The ground floor of the house has a fully-equipped kitchen, with air conditioning, a fridge and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, as well as a microwave. The kitchen has a counter separating it from the dining space with a table and chairs. The spacious and air-conditioned living room provides an enclosed fireplace and comfortable sofas and satellite TV. There is also a guest WC on this floor. The upper floor, accessed up stairs, has two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bath or shower, washbasin and WC. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The whole house has wireless Internet access.

Hand and bath towels for the loungers, bed linen and tea towels are provided. There is also a safe for your valuables. The owner allows a maximum of two small pets.

The dining and living room provide access to the terrace, with a grill chimney and garden furniture. You can also enjoy a well-maintained garden and an outdoor whirlpool. There is a shower next to the whirlpool. Two cars can be parked free of charge on site.

There are restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centres (2km), cycle paths and various beaches (ca. 5km) nearby. The nearest ferry harbour is 5km away and the airport is 45km away.
