This charming holiday home surrounded by 1 hectare of a huge fenced property is on the gentle hills of Prelato and is about 5 km from the sea of Fano. The Roman town of Fano is famous for its history and the oldest carnival of Italy. For relaxation in the outdoor area there is a hammock, deck chairs, rocking chair on the porch, parasols and barbecue. For children, there is an area with play equipment and football table. Visit the lively towns of the Adriatic Coast in the evenings: Rimini (55 km), Riccione (45 km), Cattolica (37 km). Enjoy your day in the famous amusement parks of the coast.
