Apartment with plenty of charm and a refined interior, in a central location

This apartment enjoys a quiet location with little traffic in the 4th district, on the 4th floor of a six-storey building with a view of the Draschepark.

Let the lift take you conveniently up to your apartment. The 72m² comprise two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The living room provides a leather suite (which can be pulled out as a sofa bed for two people), a flatscreen TV with cable channels (ca. 100 TV channels) and a DVD player. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200cm). One bedroom also has a flatscreen TV. The bathroom has under-floor heating and a towel radiator, as well as a shower (with a folding seat), a washbasin and a washing machine with a dryer function. The apartment has been renovated and completely newly furnished. The floors are tiled in the kitchen, bathroom, WC and balcony, while all the other rooms have wooden flooring, with some oriental rugs. The apartment is heated with radiators. A safe, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board are provided.

The balcony has a little sitting corner with a view of greenery towards the Draschepark, which is a minute away.

The tram into the centre (3 stops) is two minutes away. It is a 15-minute walk into the centre. Within 200 metres there are many shops and a varied local scene awaiting your visit. It is a five-minute ride on the tram to the Vienna State Opera.

    “Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der wir (Ehepaar mit drei Kindern zwischen 2 und 9 Jahren) uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung ist nicht topp-modern, aber absolut zweckmäßig, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und separates WC. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist über einen (sehr kleinen) Aufzug erreichbar (allerdings erst nach ein paar Treppenstufen).

    Zu Fuß lassen sich im Umkreis von vielleicht fünf Gehminuten um die Wohnung zwei Straßenbahn- und eine Bushaltestelle erreichen, von denen es keine zehn Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Wiener Innenstadt (Oper/Ring) und zum Hauptbahnhof sind.
    Die Lage ist zwar zentrumsnah, aber da das Mietshaus in einer Nebenstraße liegt, dennoch recht ruhig. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Park mit schönem Kinderspielplatz und einem "Ballspielkäfig". In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind mehrere Restaurants (u. a. eine Pizzeria mit riesigen, geschmacklich aber nicht überragenden Pizzen direkt im nächsten Haus) und bei den Straßenbahnhaltestellen Bäckereien, ein Supermarkt und ein Drogeriemarkt. Das Vermieterehepaar ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hätte uns bei Bedarf sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt - echt topp! Danke!”
