This apartment enjoys a very quiet location in the 12th district on the 4th floor of a five-storey building.

The bathroom is fitted with under-floor heating and a towel radiator, as well as a shower (with a folding seat) and a washbasin. The apartment has been renovated and completely newly furnished. The kitchen, bathroom and WC are tiled, while the other rooms have wooden flooring, with some oriental rugs. The apartment is heated with radiators. A safe is available.
A garage can be rented two minutes away. The apartment is only around 200 metres from the U-Bahn and 50 metres from the pedestrian zone. It is six stops to the Vienna State Opera. The city centre is about 20 minutes away. There are many shops and a varied local scene right nearby.
