    “De woning is gelegen in een woonomgeving die Park Holande wordt genoemd. Deze woonomgeving kenmerkt zich door verlaten appartement gebouwen en lege woningen waarvan een aantal niet is afgebouwd en een aantal is vervallen en/of overwoekerd. Veel van deze leegstand is voorzien van graffity. Niet echt de gewenste vakantie omgeving. Park Holande ligt midden in wat wij noemen woestijn , er is niets omheen. De enige winkel is niet altijd open , heeft een zeer beperkt assortiment en is peperduur. Het enig , nog open, restaurant Don Pepe is van zeer slechte kwaliteit en te duur naar onze ervaring(Dit is uiteraard persoonlijk). De zee ligt op ongeveer 1 km afstand en is niet lopend te bereiken omdat de snelweg FV-1 overgestoken moet worden. Met een terreinwagen zou het mogelijk te doen zijn maar met een huurwagen zou teveel risico genomen worden. De eerste echte super markt staat op ongeveer 15 km afstand. Toeristische omgeving moet ver gezocht worden. Er zijn op het eiland wel leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken maar daarvoor is altijd een auto nodig en moet een behoorlijk afstand overbrugd worden. Tenzij men weet waaraan men begint is deze locatie niet aan te bevelen. Wij waren hier onbekend en zijn behoorlijk teleurgesteld.”
