Ideal for leisurely outdoor living, this restored holiday home is set in grassy enclosed gardens with a slide, swing and climbing frame for children. In the heart of the Luberon Regional Park in a quiet, rural position on the edge of Villars, close to arable fields scattered with poppies, the village shop, bakery, restaurants and café can be reached on foot. The modern, galley kitchen opens directly onto the dining terrace with barbecue and the light, airy interiors have bright, colourful fabrics and fittings. The fenced, private swimming pool has sunny terraces and a rose-covered archway and mature trees at one end for natural shade - there are cherry, fig and even truffle oak trees in the garden. There is a sailing lake with watersports facilities and a picnic area in nearby Apt, and Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are within an hour's drive.

    “Top Lage, perfekt für Ausflüge an die schönsten Orte im Lubéron.
    Gut ausgestattet, zahlreiche Reiseführer und sonstiges Infomaterial vorhanden.
    Schöner Garten mit altem Baumbestand - Äpfel, Feigen, Trauben haben wir jeden Tag frisch geerntet.
    Pool Spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden. Brettspiele im Haus.
    Viele Handtücher und Laken/Decken in den Schränken.
    Einziges Manko: nicht ausreichend Mückengitter und auch sonst ist hin und wieder ein Kriechtier ins Haus gekommen.”

    “Sehr schöne Lage. Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad.
    Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich und der Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Der Besitzer hat einige Fahrräder und eine neue Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer sind schön hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.”
