The location is central, but nevertheless away from noise and hustle and bustle. From here you have a special panoramic view into the Kaisergebirge.
The house was newly built in 2008 and is comfortably furnished. Special attention was paid to comfort and absolute well-being. The apartment is on the first floor and is especially suitable for family get-togethers. The generous living space of around 200m² comprises four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two dining spaces. The living room of around 40m² provides a large suite that can also be used as a bed for two people, cable TV, a CD and DVD player. It has an open adjoining kitchen, which includes a convection oven, a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, washing machine and dryer. There are also two dining spaces and a playing corner for children. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, lamps and a leather suite, which can be pulled out as two further beds. This bedroom also has direct access to a bathroom with a WC and a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and leather suite that can be used as a bed for two people. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower and there is also a storage room. The third bedroom has a double bed and a leather suite (bed for two people) and also provides direct access to a bathroom with a shower, WC and storage room. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and provides access to the fourth bathroom with a shower and WC.
The third and fourth bedrooms open onto the large terrace with a sitting corner for 10 people, a garden grill, six loungers and a paddling pool for children. There is a roofed balcony by the second bedroom with a sitting corner for four people and a great view. You can park your cars on site.
The apartment is equipped with a cot, a changing table, two junior beds, two highchairs and a playing corner. Free Internet access is available in the apartment. The rental price also includes a family card, with which you can benefit from price reductions at some facilities and lifts. You can find a local ski school, supermarket, bread rolls delivery service and very good restaurants, also within walking distance. In summer there are a beautiful lake for swimming, a children’s playground (five minutes away), a tennis court, horse stables and so on. The ski bus in winter is free and local taxis are available all year round.
