Holiday house decorated in 70s style with a patio and boat dock
This attractive housing complex, in form of a marina is located on several peninsulas amidst a mixed forest bordering a natural reserve river delta of the river Dranse and near the Chateau de Ripaille.
The 70m2 house offers an open space kitchen/living/dining room on the ground floor. On the top floor, you will find three bedrooms, out of which two are furnished with double beds (master, children, guests). There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living area is decorated in retro 70s style. The interior ceilings are covered with wood panelling; the upstairs floors are carpeted, the downstairs floors are tiled with terracotta tile. A staircase leads from the living room to the top floor. The house is heated with an electric heater. The living room boasts a fireplace.
There are two car parking spaces in front of the house; there is a canal facing patio, an enchanted garden, a boat dock and two boat mooring spots. The property is about 120 m2.
The complex is fenced in and is accessible via just one road, which is under video surveillance and accessible with a code card only. It is monitored year round and the property is managed by a CEO, secretaries, the harbourmaster, gardeners and the union's president, who is elected by the owners every other year. What makes this property so special is that the houses are built along canals and that you have direct access to the canal from your house (boats up to 10 meters in length) and from there direct access to Lake Geneva via two harbours.
