This holiday home is located on a 27000 m2 large plot, near the village of Jursici. This house is ideal for families with children since the plot is surrounded by a stone wall and there is nice natural swimming pool which adds more charm to the property, offering refreshment during hot summer days and space for hanging out with family and friends. The house has plenty of vintage details and is decorated with stylish furniture. The special features are the bathrooms, decorated with mosaic made by an amateur Istrian artist. The house is ideal for those who want to spend unforgettable moments surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can spend the evenings preparing delicious dishes on barbecue or exploring the neighboring places. Visit also some of the most famous Istrian towns such as Rovinj, known for its romantic streets and the historic center, with the church of St. Euphemia, as well as for various galleries where you can find authentic souvenirs and artworks, or Pula, the largest city on the Istrian peninsula, known for its rich history and cultural and historical monuments, such as the Arena Amphitheater, which hosted gladiator battles or the Temple of Augustus, dedicated to the goddess Roma and Emperor Augustus.     - super Lage und sehr spezielles Grundstück
    - die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut und genügend Platz für vier Personen

    - Sauberkeit auf Grundstück und im Haus
    - nur zwei unterschiedliche Liegestühle vorhanden und erst noch kaputt
    - Anfahrtsweg sehr mühsam, da nicht für Auto geeignet oder vorbereitet; die Sträuche links und rechts haben das Auto verkratzt
    - keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden
    - Pool-Reiniger kam mehrmals...ohne Voranmeldung oder ohne sich bemerkbar zu machen....plötzlich stand er da
    - Ameisen in der Küche...man musste alle Esswaren sofort verschließen

    “Juli`13. Wir waren 3 Personen mit Hund. Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck und ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Fraglich ist die Anzahl für "6 Personen", dies sollte besser formuliert werden. Der Pool ist natürlich sehr schön und hilft über manche Mängel hinwegzusehen. Ohne Auto geht hier übrigens gar nichts. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist stark zugewachsen und man kann sich durch
    seitlich überstehende Dornen das Auto zerkratzen. Im Haus sind Kleinigkeiten die mal wieder repariert werden sollten. Es fehlt in diesem Objekt eine Klimaanlage, weil man Abends alles verriegeln muss, sonst wird man von den Krabbeltierchen aufgefressen. Wer empfindlich gegenüber seltener Insektenarten oder Spinnen ist, der sollte hier nicht buchen. Das große Naturgrundstück nützt eigentlich nichts, außer unserm Hund. Das gesamte Objekt wirkt insgesamt „unfertig“, als würde noch etwas fehlen.. , vielleicht ein gemauerter Gartengrill, oder auch ein schöner Esstisch auf der Terrasse, oder wenigstens Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern.
