Private: garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 14 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
