Apartment Villa Z - 4 is the jewel of the crown in this newly built modern building. It is a penthouse apartment for a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Located on the whole second floor, it boast a marvelous panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony. There guests can make use of the portable grill, outside table and chairs and external shower. Inside, the apartment consists of an all-in-one living/dining area and a kitchen and three double bedrooms. The first bedroom is connected with the sea view balcony, the second one as well and is equipped with an en suite bathroom with a toilet. The third bedroom also offers en suite bathroom with a toilet but without access to the balcony. There is a separate, third bathroom where a washing machine is also available. Two parking slots are secured.
