Help yourself to the produce from the vegetable garden. Cyclists will appreciate the villa's location on a designated cycle path, as there are excellent storage facilities for bicycles.
There is also a pleasant, shaded terrace with dining area next to the main house, which leads through the large glass front doors into a bright indoor dining room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC and a cosy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the terrace. All rooms can be air-conditioned. The two nearby flats each have a double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom, all air-conditioned. Other amenities include good mobile phone reception and stable Wi-Fi, suitable for remote working.
The villa is located in a rural area 4 km east of Llucmajor, with good shopping facilities and restaurants. The island's capital Palma and the long sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The Son Antem golf course is 8 minutes away by car.
