Villa Can Marines is located in the countryside just outside S'Horta in the southern part of the island. You can reach the village in just two minutes by car, or you can walk there if you prefer. There you will find a small supermarket, restaurants, cafés, etc. The large property is characterised by lots of Mediterranean greenery and wide open spaces. The nearest beaches are only 5 km away, including Cala Sa Nau and Cala d'Or. Air conditioning is included in the price of this property for 12 hours a day if used appropriately. In the rare event of an overrun, you will be charged in cash on site. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
