This villa in Paradou, nestled in the heart of Alpilles, offers a spacious and luminous interior along with access to a beautifully landscaped garden.

The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating/cooling and consists of a kitchen/Dining area, two living rooms and three bedrooms. The final bedroom is on the first floor and is not suitable for young children due to the staircase design and low ceiling.

Outside within spacious grounds you’ll find a private heated pool with an electric safety cover, counter-current swimming within a wooden terrace. A covered terrace with sofas is a wonderful spot to enjoy socialising outdoors.

The house is situated in a residential area in the village of Paradou. All convenience stores are at walking distance (bakery, butcher, grocery store). Le Paradou is a small village situated near Maussane les Alpilles Baux de Provence.
