Centrally located for all holiday activities, the separate holiday home for up to 2 adults and 1 child, which was extensively renovated in 2023, is located in the courtyard of an approx. 600 sqm residential property. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the train station are just a few steps away, the harbour with its famous swing bridge and other gastronomic facilities are approx. 600 m away and the lido on Lake Malchow is just under 1.3 km away.
The approx. 65 m², single-storey and centrally heated non-smoking holiday home has a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed, one lounger) and a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, towel radiator, hairdryer). The kitchen and living room are connecting rooms to the living room and bedroom. There is also a lockable bicycle storage room, a cot and free Wi-Fi. Public, free parking spaces are between 80 - 200 m away, for loading and unloading you can stop directly in front of the house for a short time.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Spa tax, for e-bike charges 1,50 EUR/bike/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
