This tastefully renovated holiday apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 baby, which was extended in 2017, is located on the upper floor of the owner's house just 300 m from Lake Malchow in a housing estate. You can swim in the lake from a jetty, the beautiful Fleesensee swimming centre is approx. 3 km away. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are in the immediate neighbourhood.

The approx. 55 square metre non-smoking flat with separate entrance has a large living room (leather couch, armchair, flat screen TV, radio/CD) with open-plan kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with small adjoining room and a modern bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).

Guests also have free Wi-Fi, a cot, high chair, bicycle storage in a lockable shed, a small seating area in the garden and a barbecue at their disposal. Free public car parking is available.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow, and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
