The beautiful stone villa Casa di nonno Giovanni is the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city in an authentic Istrian setting. The villa is suitable for a vacation with family, friends and pets. Start your relaxing vacation in the refreshing 32 m2 swimming pool and enjoy sunbathing on the elegant sun loungers by the pool. Activities available at the villa include trampoline, for the little ones and the grown-ups, badminton and darts. A charcoal barbecue and a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people are at your disposal. End the day in the outdoor jacuzzi under the stars. Although the typical Istrian stone gives the impression of coldness from the outside, the inside of the villa is as warm as your own home. On the first floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8, a living room and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The first bedroom with access to the balcony is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. On the second floor of the villa there is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature in the morning with a cup of coffee.
