Step into the beautiful interior of this modern villa, which is split over two floors. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people in five comfortable bedrooms. The spacious first floor of the villa has an equipped kitchen with living room and open dining area. On the first floor of the villa you will find three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, a laundry room and from the first floor you have access to two outdoor terraces. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite and a covered terrace with table tennis and an outdoor living area.

The beautiful garden of Villa D&V will delight you! Here you can refresh yourself in the large private pool or simply relax on the sun loungers. In the garden there is also a large modern outdoor kitchen with a dining table where you can enjoy dinner with family and friends. There is an 80-year-old olive tree in the garden of the villa.

The villa is only 3.7 km away from the pebble beaches in Stinjan, and only a few minutes' drive from the center of the city of Pula, where you can visit various sights.
From the nearby town of Fazana, you can visit the Brijuni National Park by boat. Istria is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy beautiful nature and the charm of small, traditional towns. When it comes to culture and tradition, Pula is considered the center of Istria. Pula experienced its heyday during the reign of the Romans, who left behind many traces, the most impressive of which is the amphitheater.
