The Fluhenstein holiday apartment is located at the eastern edge of Sonthofen. Due to its central location, everyday shopping such as bakeries and groceries can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. You can start various activities in the area either by car or with the free city bus/ring bus. Sonthofen is a city of short distances. In 5 minutes you can be in the city or out in nature. A bus stop is nearby (30m) and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.
From the southwest balcony of the holiday apartment, you have a view of the Grünten and the Nagelfluh chain, as well as the Hörner group. After an eventful day, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in a cozy atmosphere.
Allgäu Walser cards are available to you during your stay, for which you will receive an online link.
The centrally located holiday flat is on the first upper floor of an apartment building.
In our bright and sunny 2-room holiday flat (70 m2) there is:
1 big bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) and a large cabinet with sliding doors and mirror elements.
1 bathroom with washbasin toilet and a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker with a ceramic hob and oven. Small appliances like fully automatic coffee machine, water boiler, egg cooker, toaster, waffle iron, hand mixer, microwave and further utensils for the daily cooking-/ baking needs are available. For our small guests there is also special children’s dishes and drinking cups.
In the kitchen, there is also a seating-accommodation with 2 bar stools – so, nothing gets in the way of cooking and chatting together.
The cosy combined living- and dining room invites to an extensive breakfast, lunch or dinner. A large pull-out sofa (bed, with proper mattress; 160cm x 200cm) and a smart TV, also allow days with less action. From here, you get to the south-west directed balcony with a gorgeous mountain view on the mount Grünten, mount Mittag and the mountain ridge Hörnergruppe. There is enough patio furniture including a parasol available.
1 garage which should be used as parking space. Parking spaces in the courtyard belong to the other tenants. Please, do NOT park in front of the garages or opposite of them! – Thank you.
The garden attached to the building is a “joint garden” and can also be used.
Inside the holiday flat and in the house NO pets are allowed!
In the holiday flat, there is a folder for guests containing important information of the holiday flat / the facility, as well as recommendations for your recreation.
Smoking as well as pets, both are NOT allowed in the holiday flat!
During your stay, the Allgäu Walser guest card is as a loan.
At your departure, please leave the guest card(s) in the holiday flat.
